Taja Jacobs is the Co-founder of Dr. J, The Counselor, an entertainment and business company. Jacobs has over 30 years of experience as a Corporate Executive. Taja Jacobs has served in corporate, real estate and entrepreneurial capacities for more than 30 years. Her experience includes Executive roles in the C-Suite as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer. She also mastered associated subcategories such as budgeting, forecasting, and training. Affectionately known as “Lady J” she is married to Dr. Fredrick Jacobs who is a Public Figure and known in the areas of Entertainment, Ministry, Business and Culinary. Lady J has shared in the experience of his achievements in the food service space include offering executive catering services or visits from numerous celebrities, such as Steve Harvey, Kirk Franklin, Fantasia, SWV, Stoney Jackson, Monica, Warren G, Flex Alexander, Shanice Wilson, and Ashanti. She also has established experience in restaurant franchising and real estate development. 

She is a talented and versatile individual with extensive experience as a national radio and television personality. She is the Co-host of the “Dr. J the Counselor,” Show which is a national Podcast that airs on music legend Stevie Wonder’s Los Angeles-based station, KJLH 102.3 website. Through this Podcast show, she is affectionally known as Lady J and has a segment entitled “Let’s be clear” as well as her weekly podcast “Never Too Busy to Pray.”  Her mission is to bring clarity to all, as she deems it advantageous to define reality so that people can address their issues. She inspires, and counsels their listeners on various essential topics and aspects of relationships. She is co-author of the soon-to-be-released book “Do I Want to Stay Married?” (Spring 2024). The book aims to help couples who are at a crossroads. Taja Jacobs is also a practicing pastor.
